Welcome to Quizzz. By using our service, you agree to the following terms.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you upload (images, text, audio, etc.) and must ensure it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or copyrights. The platform serves solely as a tool and hosting service and assumes no liability for the legality of user-uploaded content. Any copyright disputes or legal claims arising from user content are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Account Security
Teachers can log in with Google or email/password. Please keep your account and password secure.
4. Intellectual Property
The quiz content you create belongs to you. The platform design, code, and templates belong to TechTransLab.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service.
6. Public Content Indexing
Promotional quizzes you publish on the platform will be included in our website sitemap for search engine indexing to increase the visibility of your quizzes. This indexing applies only to public promotional content and does not include private quiz links.
7. AI-Generated Content
This platform uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating quiz questions and content. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Users should review and verify all content before publishing. The platform assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated content.
8. Billing & Refunds
The service offers free and paid plans (Lite / Go / Pro). Paid plans are available with monthly, annual, and lifetime billing options. Monthly plans are charged at the time of subscription. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided. Upon downgrade, features exceeding the free plan limits will become unavailable. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase licensed exclusively to the purchasing account holder. Lifetime licenses are non-transferable, non-resalable, and may not be shared with others. Lifetime plan benefits correspond to the plan tier at the time of purchase. The platform reserves the right to impose reasonable usage limits on lifetime plans.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time via the settings page. After deletion, we will remove your personal data and quiz content within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data (e.g., overall usage trends) may be retained but will not be linked to your identity.
10. Student Data
Students take quizzes via links without creating an account. Response data collected during quizzes is used solely for grading, analytics, and educational improvement. We do not share student data with third parties, nor use it for advertising or marketing purposes.
11. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
Users may optionally provide their own AI service API keys. Keys are stored encrypted on the platform. While we take reasonable security measures, the platform is not liable for key exposure due to system vulnerabilities or other factors beyond our control. Users should rotate keys regularly and set usage limits.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, including but not limited to automated mass requests or distribution of inappropriate content. Users may also delete their accounts at any time, subject to the data deletion process described in Section 9.
14. Account Sharing Restrictions & Enforcement
Each account is licensed for use by a single individual only. Sharing account credentials with others is strictly prohibited. The platform employs technical measures, including IP address analysis, to detect abnormal login patterns indicative of account sharing. If a single account is found to be accessed from multiple distinct geographic regions within a short period, the platform may require identity verification and, upon confirmation of a violation, suspend or terminate the account.
