Add read-aloud questions to any quiz. Students record themselves on a phone or laptop with no app and no account, and you listen, grade and reply with voice feedback.
Are you a student?
Pick any topic and start practicing with AI-generated quizzes. Your progress and weak spots are recorded as you go.
Hearing every student read aloud takes class time you don't have. Collecting voice messages over LINE or WhatsApp leaves files scattered across chats, with no link to the assignment and no record of who has done it. Most quiz tools don't record audio at all.
Add a speaking question next to your multiple-choice and listening items. Students see the text to read, can play a reference pronunciation first, keep up to five takes, trim the one they like and submit it with the rest of the quiz. You hear every recording in the assignment results, grade it and, if you like, record a short voice reply the student will hear.
Recording works through the same Magic Link as the rest of the quiz, on phones and laptops. No app to install and no student account.
Turn on a generated model reading so students hear the target before they record.
Students keep up to five takes, trim the start and end, and choose which one to submit.
Choose the maximum recording time per question, from 5 seconds to 2 minutes. Recording stops automatically at the limit.
Play each recording in the results view, grade it, and record voice feedback the student will hear.
If a student skips the question or their device can't record (no microphone, permission denied, upload failed), you see the reason instead of a blank answer.
In the quiz editor, add a read-aloud question and paste the text students should read. Turn on the reference pronunciation if you want it.
Send the quiz by Magic Link. Students read, record and submit along with the other questions.
Open the results, play each recording, grade it and leave voice feedback.
Check kanji and hanzi readings, pitch accent and tones without spending class time on one student at a time.
Set short read-aloud checks as pronunciation homework between lessons.
Hear how a student sounds before the next lesson and plan what to correct.
Practise read-aloud tasks like the "read a text aloud" questions in the TOEIC Speaking test.
